SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY

PRE-ORDERS

Noel’s Collection products marked as PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before it becomes available to ship.

Pre-order items will ship once production is completed and the items are received by Noel’s Collection. The estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product listing at the time of purchase.

Please understand that pre-order dates are estimated and may change due to production, manufacturing, quality-control, customs, or shipping delays.

Pre-Order Payments
Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your item.

Because pre-orders are placed based on the number of customer orders received, pre-orders cannot be canceled once submitted and pre-order payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or if Noel’s Collection is unable to fulfill the order.

Shipping
Once your pre-order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together when the pre-order item is ready.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you understand the item is being purchased in advance and agree to the estimated production and shipping timeframe provided on the product listing.
